ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Lexi AI is an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to assist with legal research and document analysis. The Service is intended to supplement, not replace, professional legal advice.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• Account Creation. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Authorized Users. Each account is intended for a single, named individual. You are prohibited from sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person or entity.
• Account Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we suspect a breach of these Terms, or if your use of the Service poses a security risk to us or other users.

USER OBLIGATIONS

• Lawful Use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Prohibited Activities. You shall not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.

FEES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Our Property. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its underlying AI models, software, and content, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
• Feedback. Should you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas for improving the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into our services without any obligation to you.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

• "As-Is" Basis. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• AI Limitations. The Service uses experimental AI technology. The output generated by the Service may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors.
• No Legal Advice. The Service does not provide legal advice, and its use does not create an attorney-client relationship.
• User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and reliability of any information obtained through the Service before taking any action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Botswana.
